Our Surf School

Offshore Extreme is the UK’s Longest established Surf School and over the years, has grown into one of Newquays premiere activity centres. It is situated on Newquays Pentire peninsula 3mins from the famous Fistral beach, England's surfing capital. Its idyllic location ensures more time in the water, surfing and getting a taste of the surfing/beach lifestyle.

We have a fully licensed bar and restaurant with heated decking area and garden. While enjoying breath-taking views and epic sunsets over Fistral beach, you can tuck into awesome summer time BBQ's. So after a day on the beach and in the water you can relax with new found friends Offshore extreme is a surf school with a difference.

All ages and abilities are welcome, courses run all year, subject to availability. We provide surf lessons for individuals, families and small and large groups (stags and hen parties are very welcome). Check out the rest of our site as we have a wide range of packages on offer throughout the year.

If required transfers to and from any destination in and around Newquay, including airport pick up and drop offs are available by request. Look forward to seeing you soon...

Instructors

Our instructors are currently certified NARS beach lifeguards, RLSS lifeguards, NRS First aiders, CRB checked and BSA approved, some of which are also fitness instructors. This to ensure that all pupils receive a top class surf lesson in the safest environment possible.To keep standards to the highest quality we regularly monitor all of our instructors and upgrade training parameters as and when needed.

At Offshore Extreme our aim is to give everyone an insight into the surfing lifestyle. You will experience a professional surf lesson run by our qualified Instructors. For most of our students the first surf lesson is a life changing experience and that is just the beginning....
